Football workshops are certainly a highlight for both residents and staff at Turning Point. Competition is stiff and wins garner the respect and acclaim as is typical amongst athletes. In addition to bragging rights and increased levels of confidence as well as the myriad of health benefits gained by playing this high-intensity sport, residents also learn life skills such as discipline, the importance of working-hard, communication, leadership and teamwork.

Wood-working Projects Take Shape!
Turning Point residents participated in a Wood-Working Workshop where one of our handiest staff members taught them fun ways to create useful and beautiful items.
Choral Singing Sessions are Underway!
Led by a staff member who is passionate about music and currently serves as Worship Leader at church, residents meet twice a week for 1.5 hours each session to learn new songs, sing old ones and receive a bit of vocal coaching as well.
